As part of the establishment of the Joint Venture, MHI Vestas Offshore has established its own IT Department, which you will become part of. The department has the End2End responsibility of all IT and OT solutions, and we support and develop the business to handle the End2End setup from R&D to full service of offshore wind turbines.
You will take part in a very exciting journey and participate in developing the IT Department in a global environment. Our aim is to deliver a new ERP system and a cloud-based infrastructure supplying the users with easy-to-use, flexible, sustainable and secure business solutions. You will become part of a department with a very high team spirit and motivation for delivering excellent IT solutions to the business.
Responsibilities and tasks
As our new Project Portfolio Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering top-end consultancy services to the business. You will coach and improve functional expertise of other IT colleagues, and you will mature, improve and implement Project Portfolio Management. You will also be responsible for creating, maintaining and enforcing a governance structure for utilisation of the Microsoft Operations Framework and for implementing this in the organisation. Your tasks will also include to:
- Support reducing the lead time on getting SAP Access rights and improve the current setup
- Participate in identifying business demands and effectively analyse and relate these to Dynamics AX/CRM Application capabilities in collaboration with the business stakeholders and application architect
Configure/build services according to Solution Design,
compliant with IT development and architecture standards, and strive for
utilising Dynamics AX Applications to its fullest
Participate in rolling out global standards and solutions
for Dynamics AX/CRM Application
Keep up to date with Dynamics AX/CRM
Application technology and functionality, and drive global knowledge sharing
activities related to this
Develop and maintain appropriate documentation
- Experience with implementing Operating Model and Project Portfolio
- First-hand experience with designing taxonomies and implementing
these in ERP Application
- Some experience with ERP functionalities and with
monitoring end user experiences and adapting ERP Application functionalities to
