Document Controller, Aarhus

Location: Denmark, Aarhus

We are looking for a Document Controller with administrative and technical skills . The Document Controller manages contractual documentation from multiple sources and co-ordinating the as-built record; thus having the complete overview of the contractual document flows and submissions throughout the lifetime of the contract.

Responsibilities and tasks

As a Document Controller you will be responsible for  the document registration in which submissions to the customers are listed, further you will have the responsibility for collecting and compiling the as-built documentation under the Turbine Supply Agreement.

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Responsible for the administration and monitoring of all contractual
    documentation  deliveries according to contract
  • Responsible for
    collecting, structuring and updating as-built documentation (manufacturing
    documentation, site documentation and relevant design 
    documentation)
  • Responsible for functional location set-up in ERP
    system
  • Responsible for securing that all project-specific technical
    documentation and manuals are in place and stored correctly
  • Responsible for
    training the project team in documentation and communication
    awareness
  • Responsible for the administration and monitoring of manuals for
    installation and commissioning and project correspondence

Qualifications and work experience
You have a relevant educational background e.g. within the area of engineering but more importantly we find it desirable that you have prior experience in a similar position .
Preferably you have experience from an international organization producing complex technical products.

Competencies
The position requires that you have great communication skills in English, whereas Danish-language skills is not imposed however beneficial.

You like having the analytical overview and you take ownership in your process domain. The candidate we are looking for is driven by tasks with due emphasis on structure and organization. In other words you find it interesting to work in a structured manner with due attention to detail.
