Responsibilities and tasks
You will become part of our HSE team with colleagues based in Denmark, the United Kingdom and the Benelux countries. You will be based at Nakskov, and you will report to the HSE Manager. Together with your colleagues in the team, you will be responsible for maintaining a constant focus on all HSE matters. You will also help us create an in-depth safety culture and ensure that projects and production comply with the current conditions, rules and legislation regarding environment and working environment.
Tasks will be varied and interesting, including:
- Supporting of the process according to ISO14001, ISO9001 and OHSAS18001
- Ensure HSE related support and consultancy to Factory Management Team and
Quality Safety Organization e.g. Daily
- Identify HSE related legal requirements, annual
assessment and permits
- Identify, facilitate and deliver HSE relevant
- Support the factory during internal and external Audits according
to audit plan, ensure corrective actions and
- in Management Reviews for
ISO14001, ISO9001 and OHSAS18001
- Ensure that Factory Emergency
Response Plans are established and maintain Emergency drills
procedures for management and approval of chemicals and Personal Protective
- Secure procedures for waste management and handling
- Support line Management in managing HSE Incidents, NCR handling,
- Collect and validate HSE data, report, analyze
and respond to data and trends
- Coordinate with external stakeholders
Preferably, you have 5-7 years’ experience in HSE from complex production/construction companies. The main criteria are that you are committed, take ownership and have a solid knowledge when it comes to HSE matters. You are experienced in dealing with people at all levels, and you have a solid knowledge within HSE risk management, HSE assurance such as safety audits as well as emergency response of heavy lifting operations.
