Responsibilities and tasks:
You will be a member of our HSE team with colleagues based in Denmark, the United Kingdom and Benelux. You will be based in Aarhus, and you will report to the Head of HSE. Together with your dedicated colleagues in the team, you will be responsible for maintaining a constant focus on all HSE matters. You will also help us to have an in depth safety culture and to ensure that projects and sites comply with the current conditions, rules and legislation regarding environment and working environment.
Tasks will be varied and interesting, including:
- Advise Value chain stakeholders on HSE best practice
- Proactive and curious
- Provide incident statistics
- Provide answers to customer
- Participate in the decision-making process through the
- Create and deliver presentations to internal and external
- Keep up to date with legal requirements in all countries of
- Lead auditor ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001
- General HSE tasks work as
directed by the line manager
Preferable you have 5-7 years’ of experience in HSE offshore project management or experience from complex large-scale construction projects, turnkey projects and/or the marine-, oil- or power industry. The main criteria is that you are committed, takes ownership and have a solid knowledge when it comes to HSE matters. You have experience dealing with people at all levels and you have a solid knowledge within HSE risk management, HSE assurance such as safety audits as well as emergency response. Finally we would like you to have some experience within change management.
