HSE Sales Specialist

Location: Aarhus

Responsibilities and tasks:

You will be a member of our HSE team with colleagues based in Denmark, the United Kingdom and Benelux. You will be based in Aarhus, and you will report to the HSE Manager. The primary function is to support the Sales department, providing information for submitting tenders for future projects. The role will require travel to other MVOW sites and customer locations in Europe for Sales meetings. During periods between sales activities you will carry out general HSE work in support of the business.

Tasks will be varied and interesting, including:

  • Review Customer documentation
  • Advise sales managers on HSE best
    practice
  • Provide input to Pre Qualification Questionaires (PQQs)
  • Provide
    incident statistics
  • Provide answers to customer specific
    questions
  • Negotiate terms of contract relating to HSE matters
  • Create and
    deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep up to date
    with legal requirements in all countries of operation
  • General HSE work as
    directed by the line manager

Professional qualifications and competences:
Preferable you have 3-7 years’ of experience in HSE offshore project management or experience from complex large-scale construction projects, turnkey projects and/or the marine-, oil- or power industry. You might have experience supporting a sales department but the main criteria is that you are committed, takes ownership and have a solid knowledge when it comes to HSE matters. You are going to support the UK and German market so you need to be able to communicate in these languages both orally and in writing.

You have a solid knowledge of the legislation with ability to challenge the customer if/when necessary.

Additional information:
Expected travel days are 50-60 days a year.
