Payroll and Masterdata Coordinator, Aarhus

Location: Denmark, Aarhus

We are looking for a self-driven and responsible Payroll and Masterdata Coordinator to manage and take ownership of the entire process around the interface to our external payroll provider as well as the Master Data in our newly established organisation.

Responsibilities and tasks
Our newly established HR team have a passion about bringing value to the business in a professional and collaborative way. In close collaboration with the business and the local HR Business Partner you will have an important role in supporting our business with high quality of HR master data and will coordinate the external payroll setup.

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Perform all necessary data activities for our external payroll provider to
    process payroll
  • Audit time sheets, pay data, HR master data and follow-up
    with any inconsistencies
  • Point of contact for employees on payroll questions
  • Establish, maintain and be process owner on internal payroll
  • Interact with Finance and HR Business Partners to ensure high HR
    master data quality
  • Secure legal compliance on payroll matter
  • Be the
    payroll point of contact towards our employees
  • Ad hoc HR administration

Qualifications and work experience
The ideal candidate have at least 5 years of experience of processing payroll data or other relevant HR experience. We also expect that you have experience of interacting with both salaried and hourly paid employees and resolving their queries.
