Personal Assistant – Chief Sales Officer, Aarhus

MHI Vestas Offshore Wind is looking for an outgoing, structured and ambitious Personal Assistant (PA) with knowledge and expertise within areas of organizing and planning. As a PA you are offered an exciting position within the department of Sales – You will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), which makes you a key member of the sales management team. Our current PA has been offered a new position internally and you will also have the opportunity to develop your career in our international company.
Responsibilities and tasks
Your primary focus as a Personal Assistant is supporting the CSO with different tasks.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows

  • Responsible for organising and administrating  CSO calendar and
    scheduleResponsible for planning, coordinating and attending all Sales
    Management Meetings incl. taking minutes of meeting
  • Draft agendas and minute
  • Draft and prepare presentations, communication (letter/e-mail) etc.
    for or on behalf of CSO
  • Arrange all travel and occasionally travel with
  • Ad hoc support to Sales Management Team
  • All other ad
    hoc/administrative tasks such as ordering, maintaining intranet web site etc.
Qualifications and work experience
You have an education at bachelor level or higher – preferably within business administration or the like. Further you have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a PA/Coordinator/administrative role within an international company. You need to communicate fluently in English (written and oral) and be able to communicate with all levels in the organisation.
The industry requires one to be able to adapt and work effectively under pressure. Having great organizing skills and a high attention to details would be an advantage. Further we are looking for an outgoing person with a positive mind set.
