Personal Tax Advisor

Then you might be the new Personal Tax Advisor we are looking for in our Finance organisation.

You will become part of our Finance and Accounting department within MHI Vestas Offshore Wind, which contains a group of highly motivated people with different profiles, supporting the entire organization on business-oriented matters. Responsibilities and tasks
This new role as Personal Tax Advisor in MHI Vestas Offshore Wind will provide an essential contribution to the organization, with a wide range of supporting, advising and reporting tasks and will be ensuring the tax data of our travelling employees are tracked and calculated correctly and reported in a timely and compliant manner.

Your tasks will include:

  • Collect all relevant information from the travelling employees, to effectively
    prepare the personal income tax return
  • Work with employees on their
    tax-related issues, such as filing a tax return
  • Review of process and
    implementing tracking system for gathering information and travel data
  • Draw
    reports, gather and analyse necessary information, such as the tax code for the
    relevant jurisdiction(s) in which the personal tax return will be filed and any
    other relevant tax laws or codes
  • Answer questions and concerns from
    employees
  • Close collaboration with our external tax consulting
    company
  • Ensure compliance with national and international tax
    legislation
  • Responsible for identifying tax risks and optimization
    opportunities related to personal tax
  • Ensure correct and timely tax reporting
    to Danish and international authorities and external tax consulting
    company
  • Validate and ensure accurate input for month-end reporting
  • Ensure
    high data quality and high financial standards
  • Excel super user skills

Professional and personal qualifications
Ideally, you have a background with some years of working experience as a Personal Tax Specialist or Consultant, and you have a good understanding of accounting. Competencies and experience in Tax Compliance and preparation of personal tax returns will be an advantage.

    international organisation
  • You are fluent in Danish and English, both in
    writing and orally

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX would be an advantage.
