QA/QC Manager

Department

The Quality Department is responsible for all Quality issues during production, installation and service. We are a project/matrix organization both supported by- and supplying to the line organization.

Job Description

You will do resource planning in cooperation with local managers and you will help defining the quality standards and guidelines for the different projects in co-operation with the Project Manager.

Further responsibilities will be:

  • Communication with the customer’s QA organization in the process of handling the contractual quality agreements and obligations.
  • Preparation of relevant project specific QA procedures
  • Preparation of the ITAP (Inspection Test Audit Plan)
  • Preparation and maintenance of the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
  • Advising and assisting the project team members in relation to quality management matters
  • Evaluation of subcontractors’ Quality Plans
  • Planning and undertaking audits in accordance with quality requirements
  • Declaration of Conformity (DoC) of the complete project
  • NCR registration for the project
  • Lessons Learned on the Quality related activity both internal and with the customer.

Profile:

You are an experienced Quality Manger working in an international construction company. You may have knowledge of the Offshore Industry but it is no prerequisite. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

To succeed in this role you need some strong personal competences within communication and project management. We imagine that you are a highly energetic team player who work well under pressure. You are emotionally intelligent and you are able to communicate and interact with stakeholders in all levels of the organization. You understand and respect cultural differences and most people will call you proactive, structured and systematic.
