We are looking for a service assistant with administrative and organizing skills. The Service Assistant is responsible for ordering items, organize meetings and support sites with implementation and change of new processes reporting directly to the Service Manager. You will have the opportunity to develop a career in an international company within an exciting industry.
Responsibilities and tasks
The Service Assistant is taking care of the administrative service-related tasks stretching from travel-queries to general follow up with the Service Manager.
Your main responsibilities will be
- Create purchase orders, follow up and goods receipt.
- Check technicians’ time
registration and follow up.
- Book travel and accommodation arrangements for
site team and visitors.
- Invoicing of service and follow up with Customer
- Ordering items such as stationary, work wear, safety equipment for
- Processing of daily service reports using MVOW IT systems &
manual interface with SAP.
- Purchase / ordering of stock, tools & spare
parts, including obtaining receipts & approving invoices.
- Site reporting
to head office as required, accountancy support and monthly
- Support site with the implementation and change of new processes.
Business, SAP, HSE etc.
- General Filing.
- Organize meetings and taking
Qualifications and work experience
You have a relevant educational background and more importantly we value your practice from either a large company or a search/selection firm where you have gained substantial experience in providing the very best support within the area of service.
You are native Dutch speaker and master great communication skills in English, oral and written respectively. As a person you are organized and like to work with administrative tasks.
An outgoing and independent personality who likes to work in a structured manner is desirable. You are to work and deliver various tasks on point which is why a structured personality is preferred.
